Let’s get started

  1. Email, text, or call to set up your first appointment (called an Intake Session). You will have some paperwork to fill out prior to intake including a questionnaire, consent forms, payment information, emergency contact, etc.

  2. After the Intake Session, we will see one another on a regular basis. This looks different for each client and we will work out a plan that works best for you.

How I work

I use an integrative approach to counseling, customized to your unique self.

But what does that mean, anyway?

This means that I pull from different well-researched types of therapy to make sure that I meet you where you are. If something isn’t working for you, we simply will change direction.

Services

Beginning counseling can be scary. You may be wondering if counseling is right for you, or if it works - all of those feelings are normal! We will work together and if for some reason I don’t think we will be a good fit, I will tell you and find resources for you to pursue.

I currently offer individual counseling to adults who are dealing with:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety & Stress

  • Life Changes

  • Identity Related Issues

Insurance

Currently, I am considered an out-of-network provider with all health insurance companies.

I do not accept insurance.

However, I am more than willing to provide you with a receipt to be submitted to your insurance agency for possible reimbursement.

Fees

Intake Session

  • 70 minutes

  • $125

Individual Session

  • 50 minutes

  • $85

Some clients might qualify for a lower fee. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to ask about sliding scale options.

**Should clients cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of the full appointment cost may incur (excluding emergencies).

Currently you can choose between in-person or virtual appointments, or a mix of both.

I offer virtual appointments throughout the states of North and South Carolina using the HIPAA compliant video service through Simple Practice.

We don’t have to do all of it alone.

We were never meant to.”
